We offer the following delivery services

Unless stated otherwise delivery timescales refer to working days, which exclude bank holidays and weekends. We aim to dispatch and deliver within the shortest timescales presented however there may be occasions where unforeseen circumstances can cause delays.

STANDARD DELIVERY (Most UK Postcodes)

Order Cut-Off - 23:59 - Monday to Friday
Delivery Times - 2 to 4 days (excluding holidays)
Cost
- Orders over £45 = FREE
- Order under £45 = £4.99

EXPRESS DELIVERY (Most UK Postcodes)

Order Cut-Off - 12:00 - Monday to Friday
Delivery Times - 1 to 3 days (excluding holidays)
Cost
- Orders over £45 = £3.99
- Order under £45 = £7.99

Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged when delivered then we apologise and will do everything we can to rectify the situation.

IMPORTANT: When signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the box at all please sign for as "damaged" or do not accept the delivery. All items damaged in transit must be notified to us within 48 hours by email to info@ramsaypetfoods.co.uk
Failure to do this may result in the item not being replaced.

The legal stuff

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is despatched, until which time Ramsay Original Pet Foods are entitled to withdraw the offer.

Ferguson Pet Foods will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
