Transitioning to Ramsay Originals

When feeding Ramsay Originals for the first time you should transition gradually in order to give your dog's system time to adjust to the change. Ideally, these transitions should happen over 5-7 days. During this transition, you should gradually incorporate more Ramsay Originals by mixing it with your dog's current food. For most dogs, the transition should look like this:

Day 1: 25% of Ramsay Originals and 75% old food
Day 3: 50% of Ramsay Originals and 50% old food
Day 5: 75% of Ramsay Originals and 25% old food
Day 7: 100% Ramsay Originals

Some dogs with sensitive stomachs, food allergies, or other gastrointestinal diseases may need an even longer transition period.
